The Missing Piece Teams up With The United Way
04/09/2010
The Missing Piece will join the United Way of Tampa Bay's Women's Leadership Group to present the Sixth Annual Art of Giving on April 29, 2010 staring at 5:30 pm at A La Carte Pavilion. National designer Vern Yip, host of HGTV's Deserving Design, will provide design tips and secrets of getting just the interior design look you want! The event, Designing Dreams for Tampa Bay, will feature 4 totally decked out rooms with on site designers -including our own Carl Lerer- showing you how small changes make a big difference.
Following the room exhibitions there will be a silent auction, a live auction, dinner, and Mr. Yip's program. Tickets are $100 each.
All of this benefits Summer Care, a United Way program providing free summer childcare and financial education to working families. More than 1,600 children and nearly 1,000 parents have been positively affected by the caring and compassion of Art of Giving supporters.
